AFTER placing your order, you can message us on Instagram or Facebook with your customisation detail along with your order ID. You can also email us your customization detail on [email protected]. Don't forget to mention your order ID in the email.
Please note we ACCEPT ONLY PRE-PAID ORDERS for any customisation request. Cash on Delivery is NOT offered on customization orders.
We will send you a preview of how your product will look like (on Instagram/Fb/Email) and after you approve it, we will send them for making. The whole process takes about 6 working days before dispatch. If you want the order before a particular date, let us know and we will ensure we leave no stone unturned to deliver it!
